I don't know what is happening within North America right now. Has the US declared some kind of war on Canada and Mexico? We all know who will suffer in this sandbox scuffle. The working Joe or Jane or Jan or Sam, that's who. The billionaires don't care. Every breath they take they are making another $1000+. But the average working person, they'll suffer. If you think groceries and the cost of living was high before. Well, wait for it. It is nutters and it really didn't have to be. Doesn't have to be.
I can only sigh and prepare. The blame game is a diversionary tactic. Why is it even necessary to say that? And dunking your head in the sand and hoping 'daddy' will take care of everything is pretending that the fault lies elsewhere and if we close our eyes and take no responsibility it will all go away.
I know. I have dunked my head in the sand many a time. And guess what. When I pull my head out of the sand or my *ss, the thing I was avoiding is still there. Usually I put myself in the situation and it is up to me to handle it - like an adult. But even if I didn't put myself in the situation I have to figure out how to do damage control and do the best I can to rectify my situation without harming myself further or someone else.
So, get well-informed. Think critically. Please remember GIGO. Think for yourself (I know you can). Stop passively accepting a bowl full of sh*t, and saying thank-you for feeding me.
But, back to the billionaires club. I think it was George Carlin who said something to the effect of "It's a big club and you ain't in it!"
